Enabling single sign-on
If you’d like your students to be able to access Kerboodle using their school Google or Microsoft account via single sign-on, you will need to ensure that the email address they use to access the relevant account is also linked to their Kerboodle account.
Students can check their own accounts and update them if necessary or your school’s Kerboodle administrator can update all student accounts in bulk.
Sharing login details with students
Use the Student Slips generator tool to share login details with your students.
Alternatively, you can export a list of student usernames. A student’s default password will be the same as their username and they will be prompted to change this when they first log in.
- Select a course and select the User Management tab.
- Click on User Details to the right of the screen.
- Select a year group, then click Export.
- A CSV file with student details will be downloaded with a list of usernames for your students.
Please note that if the administrator does not allocate a student username when they import the details, this will be generated by Kerboodle.
If students haven’t been added to Kerboodle yet, you will need speak to your administrator. Find out more here.
