User management for teachers webinar
Got 9 minutes? This quick webinar covers contacting your Kerboodle administrator, inviting other teachers to Kerboodle, creating teaching groups, and re-setting student passwords.
Do you know who your administrator is?
Only administrators can add student accounts. Find the details of your school’s administrator at the top left of the Kerboodle homepage. If you don’t already have one, you will be prompted to add an administrator when you open the User Management tab within a course.
Archive old users
Ask your administrator to archive the accounts of all teachers and students who have left your school.
Add new students and move current students up a year
Speak to your administrator about adding students and moving them up a year. They will be able to add and edit year groups accordingly.
Add new teachers
Got new colleagues for the start of term? Send them an invite and give them access to Kerboodle.
Make sure your students can access Kerboodle
Distribute log in details to all your new students. If a student has forgotten their password, you can re-set it for them. Your Kerboodle administrator can re-set passwords in bulk. To make the sign-in process simpler for your students, consider using single sign-on.
