Autumn 2024: History bundle subscriptions

Some of our history customers have unfortunately been affected by errors with our systems this term. We are working to address these errors at the moment. Please see below for further details on how you may be affected.

Oxford AQA GCSE History (9-1) bundle subscriptions

AQA 11-16 History bundle subscriptions

KS3 History 4th edition bundle subscriptions

Some schools have been incorrectly invoiced for their subscriptions.

If you have already paid your invoice, we will credit your account for the correct amount.

If you have not yet paid your invoice, please wait. We will re-invoice you shortly for the correct amount.

Oxford AQA GCSE History (9-1) bundle subscriptions

Some schools have lost access to some of the components of their subscription.

For some customers, in order to give you access to the missing components, we will need to cancel your existing order and re-process it for you. This means that you will receive automated emails about the cancellation. Please do not be alarmed if you receive these notifications, as your access will be reinstated. You will not lose access to any of the data in your Markbook and Reports tabs and neither you nor your students will lose any of your notes.

However, you may temporarily lose access to your subscription while this process is completed. We will be completing this process between 25th and 28th October, when many schools are on half term, to minimise disruption. We’re sorry for the inconvenience this may cause you.
