You can request a password reset email. On the Kerboodle homepage, click Trouble logging in? Enter your email address and click Reset password.
You will receive an email which contains a password reset link. Clicking on this link will take you into Kerboodle where you will be asked to enter a the new password twice and then select ‘Save Changes’. This email will be sent to you from [email protected]. If you have not seen this email, please check your Junk folder.
We recommend adding [email protected] to your address book or safe senders list.
If you are still experiencing issues with resetting your password please request a new password reset email from the log in page, then ensure you copy and paste your unique link directly into your browser.
