If you’ve forgotten your password, you can request a password re-set email. On the Kerboodle sign-in page, click Trouble logging in? Enter your email address and click Re-set password.
You will receive an email which contains a password re-set link. Clicking on this link will take you back to Kerboodle, where you will be asked to enter a the new password twice and then select Save Changes. The email will be sent to you from [email protected]. If you have not seen this email, please check your Junk folder.
We recommend adding [email protected] to your address book or safe senders list.
If you are still experiencing issues with re-setting your password, please request a new password re-set email from the sign-in page, then ensure that you copy and paste your unique link directly into your browser.

Using single sign-on?
Please note that re-setting your password following the steps outlined above will only re-set the password that is used in combination with your Kerboodle username and institution code to log in to Kerboodle. If you use single sign-on to access Kerboodle via your school Google or Microsoft account and have forgotten this password, you will need to re-set it following the Google or Microsoft procedure.
