Every teacher and administrator will need to activate their accounts before using Kerboodle. If the account is not activated, it cannot be accessed. To do this, you will need to click on a link that we send to you from [email protected]. Please ensure this email address is on your school’s accepted list of emails.
If you contact us with any questions, you will receive an email from [email protected]. Adding this email to your accepted list of emails will ensure that you receive our response.
Being redirected to the wrong page when activating your account or resetting your password?
Please check if you have any security products (such as MS Defender or Barracuda) that may convert any email hyperlinks to ‘safe links’. ‘Safe links’ will redirect you to the website’s homepage and this will prevent you from changing your password. If you have a product such as this, please allowlist kerboodle.com as an exempt domain and this will resolve your issue.
After doing this email us at [email protected] so we can resend your activation email.
If you are still experiencing issues with resetting your password please request a new password reset email from the log in page, then ensure you copy and paste your unique link directly into your browser.
