How do I find my Kerboodle administrator? 

Your Kerboodle administrator information can be found at the top left of your Kerboodle screen after you log in.

How will syncing with Wonde affect my teaching groups? 

Existing teaching groups that have been created by teachers will be deleted by the sync and no longer visible. Note that no assignment data will be deleted as part of the set-up sync. Once the set-up sync has completed, teachers will be able to see and assign to subject classes as defined by your school’s MIS. 

Why can’t I invite my teachers to Kerboodle?

Teachers will no longer be able to invite other teachers to the platform; please speak to your Wonde Administrator if new teacher accounts need to be created. 

Am I still able to reset student passwords?

Kerboodle admins and teachers will still be able to reset student passwords.  

Troubleshooting  

Why am I not able to assign to students?

When the set-up sync is in progress, teachers will not be able to assign work to students.  

Once the set-up sync has completed, teachers will be able to access the assignment basket; any pending assignments in the basket that were not assigned prior to the sync starting will be visible and able to be assigned.
