If you have an email address associated to your account, you can request a password reset email. Click ‘Forgot password?’, enter your email address and click ‘Reset password’.
Provided we have your email address on our records, you will receive an email which contains a password reset link. Clicking on this link will take you to Kerboodle, where you will be asked to enter a the new password twice and then select ‘Save Changes’. This email will be sent to you from [email protected]. If you have not seen this email, please check your Junk folder.
We recommend adding [email protected] to your address book or safe senders list.
If you are still experiencing issues with resetting your password, please request a new password reset email from the log in page, then ensure you copy and paste your unique link directly into your browser.
