This generator allows you to generate a worksheet as a useful activity to help reinforce knowledge and to gauge learning on a particular topic or unit.

Please note: Suggested answers will be shown at the end of the draft but can be removed when editing.

  • In the first box, enter the main subject area for the worksheet – for example the topic area or unit of work you want the worksheet to cover.
  • Enter (if you wish) any specific topics or information (words or phrases) that you wish to be included. Place a comma between each word or phrase.
  • If you have a PDF or a Word document which might suggest specific ideas for the worksheet, you can upload it as guidance.
  • Indicate how many activities you would like to be generated.
  • Select the cartridge you would like the generator to use when creating the result. Each cartridge typically covers a particular unit or topic of study from the book; you can select up to three cartridges at one time.
  • Make the results appropriate for your class or group by choosing the learner age.
  • In ‘More about the learners’, if relevant, select one or more specific Learning Needs. If you select Specific Learning Difficulties, you will be able to expand on these in more detail.
  • Click Generate and wait a few moments.

If the result is satisfactory then Export

If the result is not satisfactory you can amend the entered information and Regenerate, creating a new result. If the result was somewhat satisfactory and only small changes are needed, you can Refine the result in the text box.

Recommendation: Once you have the results in an editable form, go through them yourself checking for accuracy and rewriting or reformatting to meet your own needs.

Remember to remove the ANSWER KEY at the end of the result in the version you distribute to students.
