Who runs the webinar?
Our sessions are hosted via GoToWebinar and are delivered by our digital educational consultants with support from our editorial team.
Will we get a recording of the webinar?
A recording of the webinar will be sent automatically to all attendees within 24 hours of your webinar finishing which can be re-watched at your convenience or shared with colleagues.
How do i join a webinar?
Once you have registered to a webinar you will receive a confirmation email from GoToWebinar with details of the session you have registered for. Please click the ‘Join’ button within the email, before joining be sure to check system requirements to avoid any connection issues.
Can I ask questions throughout the session?
Throughout our live session you will be able to ask any questions to our presenter using the question box which is clickable on the left hand side. The presenter will monitor questions throughout the session and where possible will answer straight away, otherwise they will get back to you shortly after the session.
My webinar isn’t loading?
We recommend that you run the webinar through Google Chrome or the Mozilla Firefox web browser, please make sure your system meets the requirements to watch the webinar.
Are all sessions live?
We run a selection of live and on-demand sessions.
