{"id":2853,"date":"2019-08-05T11:04:44","date_gmt":"2019-08-05T11:04:44","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/support.kerboodle.com\/?p=2853"},"modified":"2023-06-14T10:38:59","modified_gmt":"2023-06-14T10:38:59","slug":"inviting-an-administrator","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/support.kerboodle.com\/au\/teacher-support\/getting-started\/inviting-an-administrator\/","title":{"rendered":"How to invite an administrator"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We recommend that you nominate a staff member who is responsible for managing student data in your school to be your school&#8217;s Kerboodle administrator.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Log in to your account using the details sent to you from <strong>no-reply@kerboodle.com<\/strong>. If you have not seen this email, please check your Junk folder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When you log in, you will see two headings at the top of the home screen &#8211; administrator and students. Select &#8216;Invite your administrator&#8217; beneath the administrator heading and fill in the details of your nominated member of staff.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Alternatively, you can select any course and go to the <strong>User Management <\/strong>tab. Here you will be prompted to invite an administrator if your school does not already have one. Follow the instructions on the screen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">An email invitation will be sent to the nominated member of staff.
